I have been trying to find a clear list of what additional
functionality you get from Project server by using SQL
enterprise edition rather than the standard edition.

Please could somebody help with this, I am trying to get a
business case agreed to implement this but am getting
questioned about the additional cost associated with SQL
Enterprise.

Tim -

A key factor would be the ability to use Analysis Services across the
internet. There might also be some additional costs involved is you
use the standard edition of SQL Server. I have found that if you get
in contact with your company's Microsoft rep, you can often get a
discount.

Thanks Mark, If that is the only thing then I may be able
to get away with Std edition to start with but what are
the other additional costs you mention please.
