why does my clip gallery say dglxasset? and doesnt show thumbnail.

Really fed up, it makes creating a publication hard work cos i have to review
every clip individually. any help would be great

You need to clear your cache.

Open Internet Explorer. Select Tools|Internet
Options. Under Temporary Internet files, click on Delete Files.
