Why does my office xp use classic style windows?

My office xp windows (ie. word, excel, etc.) look like Classic Windows (ie.
Windows 95 square windows). My folder windows, and all other windows, use the
Windows XP windows (the happy, friendly, bubbly windows). How do I fix?
