why does part of my document disappear when I save it

I am creating a newsletter I do every month. I created 7 pages, and when I
add the last JPEG image, it looks fine. When I click SAVE, the JPEG image
disappears.

When you re-open the document, is the image there?
Might look into a video driver upgrade.
