Why is my Excel chart printing as a 1.5 inch rectangle?

I tried to print one of my spreadsheets from Excel and it printed as a very
small rectangle at the top of the page instead of full page.

Make sure your "Print Area" is set correctly.

Select the area you wish to include in the print, then, from the Menu Bar:
<File> <Print Area> <Set Print Area>

Then click on "Print Preview" and see if everything looks OK.

What did you have selected as your print area?
What did your scaling settings in Page Setup/ Page say?
What did it look like when you did a Print Preview?

Lokking at your subject line again I see that you refer to a chart. Did you
mean a chart, or a worksheet? If you do mean a chart, what do the "Printed
chart size" options on Page Setup/ Chart say?
