Why won't connectors print?

I can see my connectors just fine on my screen, but they won't print; only
their arrowheads do. How do I make them print?

Do you have dashed line patterns on the connectors?
Have you tried making the line weight heavier on the connectors?
Have you tried printing to a different printer?
Have you messed around with various printer settings?
