Why won't my Product Key work?

I recieved Microsoft Office Small Business Edition 2003 with my refurbished
pc from Dell. However, when I try to install it will not accept the Product
Key given to me on the sticker on the back of the cd case. What can I do to
install this software?

your support from Dell to resolve the issue.
