Why would outlook stop letting me add appointments?

Yesterday at one of my computer Outlook stopped letting the person add
appointments, meetings or anything nor could I open to edit? What could have
happened?

What happens when you try?
Do you have a mobile device connected by any change? Disconnect it, restart
Outlook (or even your PC) and try again.

Otherwise, provide some configuration details for us to work with.

No we do not have a mobile device attached to it. Nothing happens at all.
We have a public calendar as well an she can add there. This just started
yesterday. What configuration details do you need?

Version of Outlook, type of mail account, that sort of things.
Using a custom form?
Tried clearing the forms cache?
