Only through the use of 3rd party converters/readers like cyproj and the like.
I'm not certain if any of them support Palm OS though. There are a few for
pocket PC. http://www.cywren.com/ for example.

There used to be several for the Palm platform, but I haven't looked
for them in a while. Try Googling.
