Windows Explorer

I set up a shortcup on my desktop to take me to a specific directory but when
the window opens the Folders panel is not showing. The Windows Explorer icon
on my desktop when opened defaults to having the Folers button on the toolbar
pushed in and showing the Folders panel open. How do I set up my shortcut so
the window defaults to showing the Folders panel too.
