Windows Live Mail and Publisher 2007

How do I set up Publisher 2007 to work with Windows Live Mail? I am using
Windows 7 and Publisher 2007. When I try to email a document through
Publisher, I get an error message telling me I have to use Outlook or Windows
Mail, neither which are availble with Windows 7.

Windows Live Mail does not use the MAPI engine so you can't do this. Outlook
is available - whether you have it or not depends on the version of Office
you purchased.

I have Office Home and Student 2007. I don't think it came with Outlook. Does
that mean I will have to purchase Outlook?

Outlook doesn't come with Home & Student Office.
I wouldn't buy Outlook just for html email, if that's what you're trying to
do, especially since html email is hit-or-miss to begin with.

What are you trying to do?

I want to send a Publisher document directly from Publisher--as the body of
the email, not as an attachment. Is there another way to accomplish this
without Outlook? I am using Windows Live Mail.

There are forums that address Live Mail Merge, some with workarounds.

If you setup a Hot Mail account, a Connector maybe your answer
