Windows XP PRO and Outllok

I have purchased a new computer running Windows XP Pro and
have configured outlook 2003. I can send email and the
install check runs successfully but I cannot receive any
email. The ID and password are the same as on my old
computer which sends and receives email OK. Any idea
what's wrong.
