I AM HAVING TROUBLE

WHEN I TRY TOP GRT ONLINE I GET 2 ERROR CODES.
1 THIS PAGE IS UNAVAILABLE

2 AN ILLEGAL FUNCTION HAS BEEN PROFORMED
WHEN I TRY TO CLOSE THIS BOX IT KEEPS COMING BACK
THE ONLY BY TO GET PAST IT IS TO REBOOT

PLEASE HELP
