Word 2000, 2003

A couple of months ago, I copied a webpage onto a Word 2000 page and now
everytime I open a new document, that webpage automatically come on as a new
doc.
I had saved it in Office 2000, so I uninstalled it, then reinstalled it,
and the same thing happened again. The I unistalled Office 2000, then
installed Office 2000 Professional, and it still happened. I have done it
with Office 2003, and it is still happening.
I have long ago deleted that doc, but it must somehow be in some other place
on my computer. Questions:
Where is it? How can I find it and delete it?
How do I get new Word documents back to normal?

The text has been saved in the Normal.dot template, which isn't deleted when
you uninstall and reinstall. (For that reason, the uninstall/reinstall cycle
almost never fixes any of the common problems in Word.)
