Word 2002 printing problem

I am having a problem with Word 2002 only printing the first page of a multi
page document. All pages are selected. All pages are viewable under the
Normal view, however under the Print view only page one is seen. I have never
had this problem before and am at a complete loss as to why this is
happening. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Check your settings under Tools>Options>Print. Perhaps you have items not
marked for print that are included in your document?

In Word, click on Format | Columns | One | Apply to: Whole document |
OK. Even if "One" already appears to be selected, click on it anyway.
Then try to print again.
