Word 2002 TRACK CHANGES

To Margaret and all: I have Windows XP, Word 2002.. although a doc looks clean to me, when I email it as an attachment, it shows changes tracked on the recipients end (depending on their version of Word, I think). How do I make sure I'm sending a CLEAN COPY and elminate this nuisance?

On the Reviewing toolbar (View | Toolbars | Reviewing), set the "view"
to "Final with Markup". If you see changes, click on the "Accept all
changes" button on the Reviewing toolbar, and save the document.
