After performing a clean instal on an NTSF formatted disk with XP SP2, and
installing Office 2003 teacher version, Word 2003 will not always open on top
of other open apps. Mostly is opens in back. For a while it seemed that
setting the Properties to Run Maximized worked: it opened in a normal window
on top. That no longer works. Run Maximized opens in a Normal window, just
sometimes on top.
