Word Docs and or PDF files (excel too)

I am trying to set up a PP for people to explain how to fill out various
forms that are in Word, PDF and Excel. I have tried to paste them in and
they are impossible to read. Any ideas? I would really appreciate it.

Nevermind. I figured out that I can convert all to PDF and then convert to
JPG and then insert as a picure.
