Word having problem to open file

Error: The document 'Filename' caused a serious error the
last time it was opened. Would you like to continue
opening it?

i tried knowledgebase article# 286017 and 817137. But it
didn't solve my problem. Actually word can open any file
but when i try to open previously saved Fax cover sheet
thats giving this above error message.

I would Appreciate if anybody can help me to solve this.
