I have a 2 year old computer Dell with windows xp,but since having 2 vires removed the words no longer works. It asks for a code which does not work wnen entered,this is windows 2002! Thanks for your help.

The information applies to all versions of Office, but if the software came
pre-installed on the Dell, it will tell you that it is from Dell that you
must obtain the correct code.
