Word Screen Color

Is there a way to change the initial screen color from the three shades of
blue?
I mean the tool bar area and help area.
Win Xp SP4 Word 2003 SP1

G'Day Frank,

Office 2003 now follows the Windows Xp Theme that you
select.

Find a blank area on the Desktop, Right-Click and choose
properties - See the Themes tab.

You can buy Plus! Superpack from Microsoft to install more
Themes.

If you search Google for 'Windows Xp Themes' you will find
plenty - some free.
