Word - Tabs

How do I set tabs on a long document? I can do it
paragraph by paragraph, but can'y find anything in Help to
do more.

Highlight all the text that needs tabs and set them by
whatever method you're using for one paragraph.

To set the same tabs in every paragraph of a document,

select the whole document (Ctrl A) and do one of the
following:

Move the tab marks on the ruler bar, or

Select format menu, tabs, and clear all tabs and set the
ones you want.
