word - template for envelope

I accidentally changed my envelope template to have a
automatic return address and cannot change it to have
none. Can anyone help me with where to change it or
perhaps tell me if I need to create a new template?

There are four possibilities:
1. The address is picked up from tools > options > user information - so
clear that
2. An address contained in autotext entries called EnvelopeExtra1 or
EnvelopeExtra2 will be inserted whenever these autotexts are available.
3. Check the 'Omit return address' button in the envelope wizard dialog.
4. Clear the address in the envelope return dialog and when prompted update
the address.
