When I had problems with Word recently I was advised to
delete the Works add-in in the add/remove part of
C.Panel. This I did and the problems ceased, but now I
cannot use Works Portfolio. (every attempt to copy web
pictures fails with the sardonic message "You cannot
paste ....) It may be a co-incidental fault.
As Works Portfolio is outside this group can you please
give the relevant URL please. I have tried within the
Works newsgroups but my search words are not recognised.
Any help would be appreciated.

Right click the web picture - save as.
Insert the saved picture
