Words prints design layout of document

When one of our users prints a mailmerge document more than once, the
document is being printed showing, for want of a better description, the
full design layout of the document e.g. text appears in a box with the
borders showing?? Almost like a document map of nested tables and the like.

Any ideas?

Hi Suzanne.

Word 2003 SP2. The text is in a table but it is as thought the text is in
text boxes within the cells of the tables.

Possibly a paragraph border has been applied to the text in the table cells?
