Work Mail from home

I want to access my work mail(exchange) from home and work. The way it is set up now, when I access from home and go back to work I cannot get those messages viewed from home and vise versa. Is there a way to set outlook to just keep my mail on my work exchange server. Thanks, Gary

Don't access your mailbox via POP. Ask your admin if they have OWA (Outlook
Web Access) or VPN set up so you can get to the whole shebang remotely.
