workgroup communication

I would like to send my team members mail about the Project Plan
periodically.
All of the employees in our company have an e-mail id configured in outlook
express.
I wanted to establish a workgroup and send mails to them.
But when I looked into Tools-->Options there is no Workgroup tab at all.
I am using MS Project 2003.
Can anyone guide me please.

Hi Meena,

Please note this is for the full Outlook program, not Outlook Express.
I do not know if the Workgroup message handler add-in will work with
Outlook Express.
