Worksheet dates

Is there a way to have a date updated daily much like you
can do with a word doc? I would like to have the actual
date which I have type on my worksheet updated
automaticlly each day I open the file.

If it's today's date, use
=NOW()
and format as you wish.
This will update every day.

Or you can also use '=TODAY()'
