XP Outlook Account Set Up - Receiving Two Copies

Where is the old Check Box for "Include this account when
receiving mail or synchronizing" found in Outlook 2000?

In Outlook 2000 there was a box that you checked where
you could send mail through a POP/SMTP mail account but
not receive. I have an Account that I use with two
return addresses. Now that I have set them up in Outlook
XP I am getting two copies of each email that is sent to
my return addresses. Is there an equivalent setting in
Outlook XP?
