Is there a way to do a lookup of an external database for a field entry
For example, can I have a list of project numbers and project names outside of MSP and by entering a project number in one field in my MSP file, it automatically enters the project name in another

Hello Conrad,

AFAIK, MS Project doesn't present that feature. You'll need to program it
with VBA.
