ZIP+4

I am trying to mail merge an excel address file into
Publisher. I formatted the zip code field to the ZIP+4
format - but when I merge into Publisher - Publisher
removes this formatting and I just get a 9 digit number
with no hyphen. My last mailing I didn't notice this -
and I recieved THOUSANDS of pieces back.

Save your Excel file as a *.csv file and then use the
*.csv file as your data source.

Try updating your MDAC Components from www.microsoft.com/data
