ZIPPostal_Code synch problem w/MS Word

I am having one problem preparing address labels from MS
Outlook to MS Word XP.
The zip code field between Word and Outlook doesn't match
and everytime I generate a new label list, I have to
manually match the Postal Code in Word with the
ZIPPostal_Code in Outlook.
How can I synch these two automatically?
