Zire 31 doesnt sync with Entourage

I've followed the instructions on Mactopia (Synchronizing Entourage
with Palm Handheld data) but still my Zire 31 doesn't sync with
Entourage. The error message is:
Before you can synchronize with the applications on this handheld
device, you must enable synchronization in the Entourage Conduit
Settings dialog box. For the latest information on compatibility issues
and solutions, visit the Office 2004 Web Site synchronization failed
Entourage Conduit synchronization failed
"Entourage Conduit" failed (error = #-1)
I've checked HotSync and synch is enabled.
Who know where the problem is? Thanks.

At the bottom of the Entourage conduit window (in HotManager, under the
HotSync menu, click on Conduit Settings, then double click on the
Entourage conduit), there is a check box that says, "Enable
synchronization with these new handhelds". Make sure that box is
checked or it won't work.

I am having this exact same issue and checking that box completely
freezes my computer (or the USB chain at least) the second it gets to
syncing Entourage, requiring a restart. I am using an m500, though.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I have the same problem with my Tungsten E2. I have tried going into the
settings bit but it is greyed out. The settings button is only available on
the other settings that are not ticked.
