2002 Publisher

I have Publisher 2002 and Windows XP. All of a sudden, I can't open any of
the Publisher templates. The error message is "Publisher can't complete this
operation". Has anyone had this problem before. Thanks!

Do you have all the service packs for Windows and Office XP? Do a "detect and repair"
found in the help menu.
