2007 outlining options gone?

i can't find where the outling options have gone e.g show titles, demote,
move up and down. Have they been removed from this version? Hope not!

You can add them to the QAT

Office button > Powerpoint options>Choose commands from : Not on ribbon

Find Demote etc and select and Add>>

Diane, you'll find the demote and promote options in the Home tab of the
ribbon. And all the other options are still available when you right click a
selection in the Outline pane.
