a dot shows up when i use the space bar

In Word, click on Tools | Options | View | uncheck the "All" and
"Spaces" boxes | OK.

Press Ctrl+Shift+8 at a time to deselect the (Show/Hide) Property....
(or) u click on the symbol "|P" on u r Toolbar....
That isb for formatting the Paragraphs...when u select the tool by Pressing
Ctrl+Shift+8 or Click on the "|P" to view the errors in lines and paragraphs
and words....

Also, since this in an international forum where many participants do not
use English as their first language, you may want to be careful with using
things like "ur" for "your" or "u" for "you" (These abbreviations rely on
the fact that from a pronunciation stand point, for native speakers of
English, "u" = "you". For non-native speakers of English who may pronounce
"u" like in it is pronounced in French (there are no English equivalent)
they may not see the connection right away and may be confused. Especially
when there is a typo and we see "u r" which can a;so be "You are"... ;-) It
may not help a poster or a casual reader...
