A General Resource Timesheet Question

S

S Knight

I'm not an advanced Project user so I'm trying to figure out if this can be
done - please let me know!

If my project team has MS Project 2000 clients (not Server), is there a
Timecard function that I can facilitate so they can report their actual
hours? I've found some posts regarding this functionality but they were
specifically referring to MS Project Server, which I don't have at the moment.

Thanks!

Hi,

You need Project Server to get timesheet functionality from Microsoft, but
there are third party timesheet applications available that don't require
project server. Search the web for them. I advise making sure they can
update your mpp files though some solutions require you to save all projects
in a database.
