A picture displayed in front of word text when using print layout

Hi!
I have received a document that I couldn't open using Word (Office 2000 pro) then I did install OfficeXP in order to open it asked to installed further feature that I did.
Now I can read my document however if I print, or using print layout view I have a big picture in front the text which is hided when using normal view.I have updated my Antivirus after this incident I tried to see on the format even to see if they were a kind of watermark with this behaviour I didn't find yet any solution for this matter I will appreciate if any one can help me
