hi ...

does anyone knows what happens??... when i run the setup
(created with the english version of ODE) on a PC that
has spanish windows XP version all that's ok... but when
i try to install the same on a PC that has english
windows XP version it fails. my database uses activex
controls with dependencies.

The error is "Type missmatch error".

Hi,

I doubt its to do with the version of Windows - it sounds like a problem in
the code. Can you narrow the error down to one line of code (maybe by
putting a whole load of MsgBox statements in to see where it falls over) and
post it up here?
