Access 2007 and the Internet

I'm looking to do a little Access app, nothing to complex or involving a lot
of users. I need it to be available be people remotely. It will reside on a
home network at one location, and need to be accessible by at least 4 users
(2 who will never be in this home network location and 2 who will at various
points either be at the home network location or outside of it). Is it
better from a usability standpoint as well as a financial standpoint to have
either:

-A computer functioning as the 'main server' in this home location, with
Terminal Services enabled, and everyone connects into there? My concerns
with this are costs to beef up and secure this server, and network speed
issues.

OR

-Have anything from the Access database to the entire Access application
hosted on a webserver. I'm thinking of a situation where the Access data is
hosted on the server and the screens, reports, business logic reside on each
users' machine. Of course with this option I guess the data could be on a
SQL Server database and the application could external link to it.

I haven't had much time with Access 2007, so I'm trying to get a feel for my
options. Any assistance/insight would be appreciated.
