Is this using POP mail or Exchange? Also what version of Office? (There are

Take a look at the following Outlook 2002 article for specific details

Gee - thanks for instant replies - great show - it is Microsoft Office
Outlook 2003 using POP - unfortunately went to article
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=290824 and unfortunately it said it was
unavailable. David
You can certainly access more than one POP email address in Outlook 2003 -
but you can't have different inboxes directly. You can however set up
folders for each account and then use rules on the mail inbox to separate
out the various emails.

Thanks for pointing out the problems with 290824. I have reported this to
our content team and the article should be back online soon. In the
meantime, here is the Outlook 2000 version of this article, and yes, I
tested this one this time :)

Same concepts and menu locations apply for OL2002 and OL2003.

David: Sorry but I have tried but must admit I don't know how to do this. Only email folder I can find is "Personal Folder" and all my emails are in different folder in this folder

To Chris: went to page but it said go to Tools-Services - there is no "Services" under my "Tools" - what do I do next? - thanks. Davi

Only email folder I can find is "Personal Folder" and all my emails are in
different folder in this folder.

All email goes to the Inbox folder, no matter how many different mail
accounts you have set up. What you do is to create a new folder for each
account in Personal Folders and then in the Inbox, create a rule using the
Rules Wizard to move mail to the relevant folder.

Try Tools-E Mail accounts
