How do I access my outlook messages from another computer?

Please be more explicit in describing your request. Include your Outlook
version and account type as well.

Correct; if this is a private account, check with your ISP how to access
your messages online.

You can also use Outlook to access your mail from other computers, but
you will need to keep a copy of your messages on the server (on each
computers' Outlook).
