Accessing/Using Groove 3.1 Tools in Groove 2007

We are trialling the use of Groove 2007. We were using some useful tools in
3.1 (specifically Contacts, document review, status reports, etc), but these
don't appear to now be available via 2007.

Is there any way we can access these now (and install/use with Groove 2007),
as it may impact the decision to go with Groove 2007 or a non-Microsoft
offering?

If you have an archive of a v3.1 workspace containing these tools, you can
restore that archive in Groove 2007. Note that this will still be a "v3.1
workspace" and cannot contain the tools new in Groove 2007, such as the new
version of Forms, and the SharePoint Files tool.

You can control whether to accept pre-2007 workspaces: Options ->
Preferences; "Security" tab; checkbox "Restore or join only Microsoft Office
Groove 2007 (or later) workspaces".

Some of the V3.x tools (contacts, etc) were not updated for inclusion in the
Groove 2007 release, and can only be used in v3.x workspaces.
