groove 2007 > groove 3.1

Hi, I have 4 licences of groove for 4 of my staff including mine. We are all
using groove 3.1 except me that I upgrated one of my 2 pcs to groove 2007.
This was done before i read the post that i should not do that with my
current account. Now, i can not receive messages from my staff or sync since
they are using groove 3.1.
Can you please help me? What are the steps to go back to 3.1?

Hi,

Uninstall G2007 and reinstall G3.1. "Using an exist account" in "New
account" window. Sending your email and password to retreive your account
from Hosted Manager Server.

I have the same problem, but i am unable to re-install 3.1

I have uninstalled groove 2007 using windows add/remove programs, and i am
trying to re-install using "GrooveInstaller.exe" that i downloaded from the
groove.net website... however it starts the installation, then closes itself
down when it gets about 5 seconds in?

Is there anything else i can do?
