account backup failure for all computers and accounts

Hello,

Accounts do not backup anymore from groove 3.1, hosted services or not.
I tried 2 different computers and two different accounts. I even deleted an
account on Hosted Services and made a new one. Same problem. The new one
could not be shared on multiple computers, because it needs to backup the
account.

Hi,

Backing up account need to set an interval on EMS, and in the time Groove
should be loged in and idle for 15 minutes, then the backup will be started.

What's interval you have been set on EMS? You can find it on identity policy.

Dear Mason,

Thank you for you answer, we're getting to a solution. The interval is set
in 5 days. I did some extra checks and found that several accounts did
backup. Idleness for 15 minutes is a new piece of information for me. I
tried to backup *manually* and that did not work. So i guess the manual
backup is inpossible because groove is then not idle. I'd like to have the
end user to do a manual backup so now and then as they see fit, and not
getting an error message.

So: how can a manual backup be done?
