Hi all,
Every time I open Outlook I get the account dialog asking for my
password before my email will download. At times it will not accept
my password, and I must delete the account and add all of the
information again. It will then operate 'normally' until I exit
Outlook.
The second problem, that may be related to the first, is that Outlook
downloads up to seven copies of each email from the pop mail server.
It is driving me nuts. This does not happen with Outlook Express or
IncrediMail, only Outlook.
I have deleted the Registry key that was suggested in this group to
fix the password problem, but without success. I am running Windows XP
Home, and am the administrator and only user.
Please, any help would be greatly appreciated!
