Accounts Button

I have Outlook and use Word as my editor. My partner has
Outlook and uses Word as her editor.

For some reason, when I edit, I get an "accounts" button
which allows me to switch from one email account to
another.

She does not, even though multiple accounts are set up.

Is she doing something wrong in that she doesn't get this
accounts button?
