activating office 2007

i have installed office, but when i open word it askes me to activate by
internet, it tries to connect, but fails every time, i tried turning off the
firewall, using the cable, but it wont work. it says it cant find the
connction.

Hi Delacruz,

Are you going through a proxy server or a router? Either of those can also block the 2 way communication needed. Also check to see
if you're running privacy/antihacker sofware as well. That too can get in the way at times when using Internet Explorer.
