activation of office 2003

I've bought laptop with 2 months trial version office 2003.I didn't activate
it at first at it blocked my docs. But my activation button wasn't working as
it had to. And there were no avy activation wizards. I purchased another
office it happened the same. I don't know why I can't activate any of them. I
can't find any wizards and activation button in HELP doesn't work. What to do?
