AD Synchronization and disabled AD objects

D

Dots

I have my users synchronizing with my AD. What I am noticing is that when an
AD account is disabled the synchronization with Project server does not mark
the account inactive. Is this not the way this is supposed to work? Can you
advise please?
Thanks.

Dots,

Start with the following:

1. Was the now-inactive person added thru AD Sync? I don't know if
this is a requirement for deactivating w/ AD sync in P2007, but it was
in 2003.

2. When you edit the user in Server Settings/Manage Users, do you have
the "Prevent Active Directory synchronization for this user " checked
for the user? If you do, be sure to uncheck it.

Get the simple stuff out of the way first...
